You only pay the flat rent and no other charges.

We offer you:

• bed linen (high quality mattresses, anti-allergic blankets and pillows), towels, dishcloths, toilet paper, soap, washing tools, dishwasher tablets
• local fees
• Wi-fi Internet connection
• smart TV (satellite, wi-fi connection)
• electricity, water, disposal of garbage
• final cleaning
• parking directly at the chalet
• children’s playground and sandpit
• twice rent of a private sauna
• upon request, baby crib with bed linen, baby high chair, potty.

Payment conditions:

Deposit: a 50% deposit is payable by wire transfer or in cash 30 days before the commencement of the lease period at the latest. By paying the advance payment, the guest agrees with the payment conditions.

Cash payment: The rest of the rent is payable in cash on the first day of the lease period. We do not accepts payment cards. A CSOB cash dispenser is located at the central parking lot in the village.

Cancellation conditions: If you cancel your lease14 or less days before its beginning, the deposit is fully non-refundable. The deposit is only refundable if the lessee ensures a substitute lessee under the same conditions. If you leave the chalet earlier due to reasons not on the lessor’s part, you are not entitled to refund of the rent or any part of it.

A security of CZK 3,000 per apartment is payable on the arrival day and it shall be returned on the departure day. The security shall be used to cover potential damage caused by the lessee to the apartments’ and the chalet’s equipment or caused by the necessity to ensure an extraordinary cleaning. In case of lost keys the amount of CZK 2,000 shall be charged for change of the security lock of both main entrance doors and of the apartment’s door including keys fabrication.

Other information: The entire chalet is made of wood, and, therefore, non-smoking. The penalty for each individual breach of the smoking ban amounts to CZK 3,000. A smoking area is located in front of the chalet entrance. In the shoe room, we change to slippers – please bring your own slippers, thank you. The apartment floors are made of oiled oak, please wipe off any potential spilled liquids with a cloth moistened with clean water and dry it (if wet for a long time, oak wood turns black). Unfortunately, accommodation of pets is not possible.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: on Sunday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.; check-in at a different time is possible if previously agreed by e-mail or on the telephone.

Check-out: on Sunday at or before 10 a.m., with a possibility to use the ski and bicycle storage and the parking space until 3 p.m.

Arrival: Enter „Bedřichov č.p. 9“ (“č.p.” means “descriptive number” in Czech) into your navigation system or at the www.mapy.cz website (attention, www.googlemaps.cz will find the building “č. ev.” (i.e., “registration number”) 9, which is located in a different part of the village). GPS: 50.7868792N, 15.1445700E. You can park on our land plot in front of the chalet. If there is snow, we recommend bringing snow chains. If you do not bring snow chains, it is possible, upon previous agreement, to arrange for parking under the ski slope; however, extra payment is due to the parking space owner.
